Please review all items in your order before you make a purchase. It is common to misspell names or enter incorrect text during the ordering process. If you find errors with your product due to misspelling, we cannot offer a refund or an option to exchange as custom products are made-to-order. All sales are final.
If you mail us a personal item(s) that you would like embroidery on, we do not take responsibility for the condition of the item. Once you mail the item to us, we are only responsible for the workmanship of the embroidery. For expensive or luxury items, we may require you to sign a waiver before we can add embroidery to the item(s).
In the event that a product is back-ordered, we will contact you immediately with other options if possible. You will have a one (1) hour window to cancel the order after you have submitted payment. After 1 hour, we can not cancel the order as it will have been already processed.
Some of the items your see on our page have a digitized monogram places on them to give you an idea on how it will look monogrammed. This is by no way the exact replica of what it will be like on your merchandise. Because what you are seeing on your screen is a is just a digital example.
